Then, tell us how many people are in your group and let us know which tour you are interested in. If you want the full Haunted Ghost Tour, we can do that. If you want, for example, some of the French Quarter History Tour and some of the Red Light District Tour, no problem. We can do that. Let us know if you have a special interest.  We will try to include it. For most tours, we can tailor the tour to your interests.

WHAT ARE THE TOUR TIMES?

The Combo Haunted Ghost History tour with Paranormal Experience takes place Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 8 PM.

All other tours can start at a time that is convenient for you.   Unlike the other pre-scheduled tours, you decide what time you want your tour to start. We will work on your schedule. Please note that all French Quarter tours must end by 10 PM, so the latest recommended start time is 8:30 PM.  Also, due to one of our stops, the Red Light District Tour should start no earlier than 4 PM.

WHERE DO WE MEET?

Most of our tours will conveniently start in Jackson Square.  We will confirm the meet point for your tour upon booking.

HOW LONG ARE THE TOURS?

The tours usually last about 1.5 - 2 hours. We will make a stop mid-tour for a bathroom or drink break. Need your guide for a bit longer? We can do that. Just let us know.

HOW DO WE PAY?

We accept Visa/Mastercard/American Express, Paypal, Venmo, and cash. A 50% deposit is required to book the tour. We can take a credit card over the phone. The balance will be due when we meet you to begin the tour.

WHAT ABOUT CANCELLATIONS?

We will refund your deposit as long as you cancel a minimum of 48 hours before the tour was scheduled to start. We will do our best to work with you if you just need to reschedule. But, please keep in mind that last-minute reschedules may be not be possible due to other bookings.
